These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, and participation in, a Lebanese Cedars fan membership (“Membership”). By purchasing a Membership you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy & Consent statement in Part C.
The Membership is offered by Lebanese Rugby League Australia Limited (“we”, “us”, “the Promoter”), ABN 23 696 973 350, on behalf of the Lebanese Rugby League Federation (“LRLF” / “the Cedars”).

Memberships are offered in the following tiers (all prices in Australian dollars, GST inclusive where applicable):

Each Membership runs for the 2026 season and expires on 12 months following the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Memberships do not automatically renew.
Every Membership includes the benefits below. Benefits are personal to the member, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
a) 20% off official Lebanese Cedars World Cup apparel. Members receive a discount code or member access to apply 20% off the official Cedars apparel range. Discounts apply to eligible items only, while stocks last, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Shipping and other charges are not discounted.
b) 20% off Rugby League World Cup 2026 tickets — Lebanon’s games only. The ticket discount applies solely to tickets to the Cedars’ RLWC 2026 fixtures and is subject to ticket availability, category limits, and the ticketing terms of the RLWC 2026 organiser. Ticket supply is not guaranteed and is controlled by the tournament organiser, not the Promoter.
c) Invitation to a closed Cedars training session. Members are invited to a members-only training session. Date, time, venue, format and capacity are at the Promoter’s discretion and may be limited. Attendance may be subject to registration, capacity, and health, safety and child-protection requirements (see clause 12). This is an invitation to a members’ experience, not a guaranteed or ticketed entitlement.
d) Exclusive partner offers. Members can access offers from LRLF partners, which may include El Jannah, Shoegrab, My Muscle Chef and others from time to time. Each partner offer is provided by the relevant partner, not by the Promoter, and is subject to that partner’s own terms, conditions, eligibility rules and availability, which are set by the partner and made available with the offer. Partner offers, and the partners participating, may be added to, changed, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice. The Promoter does not guarantee the availability, value or continuation of any partner offer and is not responsible for the goods or services a partner provides.
e) Entry into the signed-jersey draw — see Part B.
The Promoter may add to, substitute, vary or withdraw any benefit at any time, in its sole discretion, including where doing so is necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of the Membership program. Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter will notify members of a material change, but is not obliged to do so in advance of the change taking effect.
A Family of 4 Membership covers up to two adults and two children who reside at the same residential address. Benefits that are personal (such as the training session invitation) are provided to the covered members. Where a benefit is capacity-limited, fair-use conditions may apply.
Payment is processed securely through our online store’s checkout and payment provider. Your Membership becomes active once payment is received and confirmed.
Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except where you have rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, where a benefit is not provided as described). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. No refund, in full or in part, will be provided for change of mind, for a benefit that is not used, or because a member no longer wishes to receive a benefit (including the training session invitation, partner offers or prize draw entry).
If we cancel a Membership through no fault of yours, we will provide a remedy as required by law, which the Promoter may, at its discretion and where permitted by law, satisfy by way of credit towards a future Membership rather than a monetary refund.
Every Membership purchased automatically receives one (1) entry into a random prize draw to win one (1) of five (5) signed 2026 Cedars Rugby League World Cup jerseys (each a “Prize”). No additional purchase or action is required to enter beyond holding a valid Membership.
Entry is open to Membership holders who are Australian residents and 18 years or over. Where a Membership is held for or on behalf of a person under 18 (including Kids and Family memberships), the entry is made by, and any Prize is awarded to, the member’s parent or legal guardian. Employees of the Promoter and LRLF, and their immediate families, are ineligible to win a Prize, but remain entitled to all other Membership benefits.
The draw will take place on or before 15/11/2026 online. Five (5) winners will be drawn at random.
Winners will be notified by EMAIL using the contact details provided at sign-up, within 3 business days of the draw taking place. Winners must claim their Prize by 15/12/2026 If a Prize is unclaimed by the deadline, or a winner is found to be ineligible, a redraw will be held on or before 18/12/2026, subject to any regulatory requirements. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their contact details are current. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to notify a winner, or any lost, delayed or misdirected notification, arising from contact details that are incorrect, outdated or not monitored by the member.
Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute a Prize with one of equal or greater value where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the draw, including eligibility, conduct of the draw and any redraw, are final and binding on all entrants, and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
We collect personal information from you when you purchase a Membership and participate in member activities. This may include your name, email address, contact details, delivery details, and — for Kids and Family memberships — the first name and age of the child/children covered. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Why we collect it. We use your personal information to: create and administer your Membership; provide and manage member benefits; run and administer the signed-jersey draw and notify winners; send you member communications and updates; respond to your enquiries; and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with. We may disclose your personal information to service providers who help us run the Membership (including our online store and payment provider), to LRLF, and — only where relevant to a benefit you use — to the applicable partner or the RLWC 2026 ticketing organiser. We will not sell your personal information.
Storage and overseas disclosure. Your information is stored securely by us and our service providers. Some providers (including our online store platform) may store data on servers located overseas.
Marketing. By becoming a member you consent to receiving member communications and updates from us by email. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
Access, correction and complaints. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may make a privacy complaint, by contacting membership@lebanonrl.com. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Member events, including the closed training session, may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you (and, for a child, their parent/guardian) consent to the Promoter and LRLF capturing and using such images and footage for promotional, editorial and marketing purposes across LRLF channels, without payment. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify staff at the event.
For any activity involving children (including the training session), children must be accompanied and supervised by their parent or guardian. Attendance is subject to the venue’s and the Promoter’s health, safety and child-protection requirements, which may include Working With Children Check requirements for adults in supervised roles. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s participation and conduct. Participation in any member activity is at the member's own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the parent or guardian releases and indemnifies the Promoter and LRLF against any claim, loss, injury or damage arising from the child's attendance or participation, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence.
We may amend these Terms at any time, with the amended Terms taking effect from the date they are posted. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify members of a material change by email or by posting an updated version, and the “Last updated” date above will change, but a change takes effect whether or not that notice is given. Continued holding or use of your Membership after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your Membership, the benefits, or the draw, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach.
All trade marks, logos, the Lebanese Cedars name and branding, and all other content provided as part of the Membership, are owned by or licensed to the Promoter and/or LRLF. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use that intellectual property, except to the extent expressly permitted for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the Membership.
The Promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in providing a Membership or a benefit, including the training session or the draw, to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including venue unavailability, weather, illness, public health measures, industrial action, or a change to the RLWC 2026 schedule by the tournament organiser.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
